FAQs

Q1: Do you have vehicles in stock?

A1: As a general rule, we do not maintain a physical inventory.
We operate on an on-demand sourcing model, where we procure vehicles from major Japanese auto auctions based on             the specific requirements of our clients. This business model allows us to ensure transparent transaction records and a                   clear flow of funds, enabling us to maintain stable and reliable business operations.

Q2: How do you source your vehicles?

A2: We source our vehicles through major Japanese auto auctions, including USS, Toyota, and Arai Auctions.
We carefully examine the auction inspection sheets for every vehicle to verify its condition and ensure there are no                         legal or compliance issues. We only proceed with transactions after confirming that the vehicle meets our strict                               standards for quality and safety.

Q3: Is it possible to inspect a vehicle before the auction starts?

A3: Yes, it is possible. Please let us know your inspection request at least three hours before the scheduled auction time                      for that specific vehicle.

Q4: Do I need to pay a deposit when purchasing vehicles or parts?

A4: A deposit may be required depending on the transaction amount or for first-time customers.
The requirement and the amount vary based on the specific deal. Please contact us for more details.

Q5: What kind of overseas clients do you work with?

A5: We primarily serve corporate clients, but we also accommodate individual customers.
Before finalizing a contract, we always verify the legality and feasibility of importing the specific used vehicles or auto parts           into your respective country. Transactions are conducted only after confirming compliance with all local import regulations          and agreeing upon the contract terms.

Q6: What payment methods do you accept?

A6: We accept payments for vehicles via Bank Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer / T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C).
To ensure secure and transparent transactions, we only process payments through authorized financial institutions.

Please be advised that we do not accept any payments via third-party payment services or cryptocurrencies.

Q7: What is the timing of the payment?

A7: As a general rule, we begin the vehicle delivery and export process only after confirming the receipt of payment through              an authorized financial institution.
For transactions involving advance payments or installment terms, we manage the process strictly according to the specific          terms of each individual contract. Please contact us for further details based on your specific needs.

Q8: Do you accept transactions via Letter of Credit (L/C)?

A8: Yes, we do. Depending on the transaction amount and contract terms, we accept payments via Letter of Credit (L/C).

We ensure that all required shipping and commercial documents are presented through our financial institutions in strict              accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the L/C.

Q9: How do you handle the export process?

A9: We handle all necessary export procedures accurately and reliably. This includes preparing essential documents such as              Export Certificates (Cancellation of Registration), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists. We collaborate with professional          customs brokers and shipping lines to ensure a smooth process. We also arrange bookings for both

RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off)  vessels and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments.
